이런 트렌드가 확산되며 2020년 이후부터는 3.3㎡당 1억원 이상의 초고가 오피스텔도 속속 등장하고 있다. 2020년에는 3.3㎡당 1억2,000만원대의 르피에드 인 강남이 분양했고 2021년에는 1억4,000만원대의 루시아 도산208, 갤러리 832 강남 등이 분양했다. 올해에는 1억5,000만원대로 아티드, 레이어 청담이 분양을 시작했다.
